Integrating Social Media Activities into ROI 

Facebook:

To allow ROI to import Facebook activities for your organization’s page, integration with Facebook must be authorized in your ROI account.

NOTE: You must be an admin and have full permissions on your organization's Facebook company page for ROI to integrate properly. 

  1. Navigate to Admin > Preferences
  2. Click the Facebook option in Preferences
  3. Click Get Facebook OAuth2 Code and the Facebook login page should pop up
  4. Log in to Facebook and you will be prompted to approve the authorization
  5. Once you have approved the authorization the Expires On date will populate in ROI 
  6. Click Save in ROI when the expiration date is populated


Twitter:

To allow ROI to import Twitter activities for your organization’s account, integration with Twitter must be authorized in your ROI account.


NOTE: You must be an admin and have full permissions on your organization's Twitter account for ROI to integrate properly. 

  1. Navigate to Admin > Preferences in ROI 

  2. Click the Twitter option in Preferences

  3. Click Get Twitter OAuth2 Code and the Twitter login page should pop up

  4. Log in to Twitter and you will be prompted to approve the authorization

  5. Click Save in ROI



The next step is to create the imports for social integrations in ROI so that you can begin importing social data.
