Facebook mandates that authorization approval is resubmitted every 60 days to integrate Facebook and ROI. To prevent a disruption in pulling down Facebook activities please update your Facebook token before expiration.  

  1. Navigate to Admin > Preferences

  2. Click the Facebook option in Preferences

  3. Click Get Facebook OAuth2 Code and the Facebook login page should pop up

  4. Log in to Facebook and you will be prompted to approve the authorization

  5. Once you have approved the authorization the Expires On date will update in ROI 

  6. Click Save in ROI when the expiration date has updated
