Integrating your (S)FTP location requires an External Segment setup in ROI, which must be identified when setting up an import.
Add a Folder titled FTP to the External Segments page and select Create New External Segment.
Choose External File Location as your source.
If you are not using ROI's (S)FTP then add your credentials in the first box under FTP: Host, UserName, Password, select FTP or SFTP.
If you are using ROI's FTP via downloading FileZilla, select Local for the FTP only. Select Use Secure FTP (SFTP) in the second box if ROI has provided SFTP access.
If you would like to make a file available over HTTPS rather than (S)FTP, as seen in the third box, please contact Support@rightoninteractive.com and ROI will work with you to determine best next steps based on your needs.
If using ROI's FTP, select Local (FTP) or Use Secure FTP (SFTP) only.
Save the External Segment with FTP in the title so that it is easy to find when searching in the flat file import.
