ROI's Score Index is a combination of Profile and Engagement scores that are custom defined by each ROI client. The values can be modified, but they are universal to all stage quadrants on the Lifecycle Map. Score Index allows marketers and sales teams to understand, at a glance, the score of a prospect or customer, relative to other prospects or customers in their database.

The Score Index is interactive, so you define the names of the leafs and map out the index by simply highlighting the leaf and outlining your preferred area on the Lifecycle.

  • The orange leaf titled "Not Good" in this example looks to any Contact in any Lifecycle Stage with less than 20% of the max Profile Score possible and less than 20% of the top Engagement Score in ROI.

  • The yellow leaf titled "Good" is applied to any Contact in any Lifecycle Stage with 20-40% of the max Profile Score possible and 20-40% of the top Engagement Score in ROI.

  • The light green leaf titled "Better" is applied to any Contact in any Lifecycle Stage with 40-70% of the max Profile Score possible and 40-70% of the top Engagement Score in ROI.

  • The bright green leaf titled "Best" is applied to any Contact in any Lifecycle Stage with 70-100% of the max Profile Score possible and 70-100% of the top Engagement Score in ROI.

Keep in mind that these values can be modified, but they are universal to all stage quadrants on the Lifecycle Map.

The leaf color associated with a Contact record is determined by where they reside on the Lifecycle. For example, when I look up Earl I see that he is a "Good" fit for the organization based on the leaf color next to his  name.
