After you have integrated your LinkedIn activities, you are ready to setup LinkedIn imports so that social activities can be tracked. Our Client Success Team is happy to help setup your LinkedIn import and walk you through the process. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for us to help you get this setup in your account.
The LinkedIn data import must be setup in the same user that setup the LinkedIn integration. Often one account has multiple users with separate ROI logins, so it's important to remember which user owns the LinkedIn credentials for the organization.
Select Create New Import/Export under the Data Tab
Select Store LinkedIn Activities in ROI
When importing LinkedIn data, select your company from the dropdown menu and check the boxes to select which data you would like to import

One of our Client Success Agents will need to be given Administrative access to your company page on LinkedIn in order to have permission to set these up in your account on your behalf.
