After you have integrated your LinkedIn activities, you are ready to setup LinkedIn imports so that social activities can be tracked. Our Client Success Team is happy to help setup your LinkedIn import and walk you through the process. Please contact for us to help you get this setup in your account. 

The LinkedIn data import must be setup in the same user that setup the LinkedIn integration. Often one account has multiple users with separate ROI logins, so it's important to remember which user owns the LinkedIn credentials for the organization.


Step 1:

Select Create New Import/Export under the Data Tab

Step 2:

Select Store LinkedIn Activities in ROI

Step 3:

When importing LinkedIn data, select your company from the dropdown menu and check the boxes to select which data you would like to import

Step 4:
Select an daily import schedule and place the import's status to In Progress. Then, enter a name, description, and a folder for the import. Currently LinkedIn limits the number of events that can be accessed. LinkedIn allows 50 status updates, regardless of the time frame, to be retrieved and up to 250 other status updates (job posts, product updates, etc.) or 20 days, which ever comes first.
